Yoga Nidra

Prepare yourself for deep relaxation! Also known as Yogic "sleep", this Yoga practice helps to combat the physical and mental effects of everyday stress through sleep meditation.   Yoga Nidra (sleep) is a deeply restorative style of meditation that you practice lying down.  It creates deep relaxation for health, mental peace, and higher awareness.  It’s said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as 3 hours of sleep!   No experience necessary - this class is appropriate for all levels.  


Yin Yoga 

Yin yoga is a slower paced class with long-held passive poses, 3-5 minutes (or more),  that does wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus. Through the long-held poses, Yin yoga applies moderate stress to the connective tissues, the tendons, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation to the joints and improving flexibility.   A yoga practice that allows you to drop into your own body, listen, and be present with anything and everything that comes up, both physically and mentally. This is a great practice to slow down and nurture your well-being.  


Gentle Yoga

Class Description:  A less strenuous form of yoga, designed for those recovering from injury, beginners, seniors, pregnancy, or anyone looking for a well rounded yoga practice that is less intense.
