Gentle Yoga

Class Description:  A less strenuous style of yoga, designed for those recovering from injury, beginners, seniors, pregnancy, or anyone looking for a well rounded yoga practice that is less intense.  This practice will borrow from many styles such as Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Slow Flow but with a gentle approach.  Expect breath practice (pranayama) and meditation in each session.

Chair Yoga

Class Description:  A chair-based Yoga class that makes this practice accessible for anyone!  This seated practice will borrow from many styles such as Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Slow Flow but with a gentle, seated approach.  Some classes may include optional standing posture variations using the chair for balance.  Expect breath practice (pranayama) and meditation in each session.
